- Step 3: Close your eyes and visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet, extending deep down into the center of the earth.
- Step 4: Feel the stones in your hands or at your feet acting as anchors, pulling your energy down and connecting you to the stable, supportive energy of the earth.
- Step 5: With each exhale, release any anxious or scattered energy down through your grounding cord into the earth, where it can be neutralized and transformed.
- Step 6: Sit in this grounded state for 5–10 minutes, feeling safe, secure, and fully present in your body.
Technique 5: The Intention Amplifier
This technique uses the amplifying power of Clear Quartz to supercharge your intention for your meditation.
- Step 1: Choose a Clear Quartz crystal. Hold it in both hands.
- Step 2: Close your eyes and take a moment to decide on your intention for your meditation. What do you want to cultivate? (e.g., “I am calm and centered,” “I am open to receiving guidance,” “I release all that no longer serves me.”)
