Pricing & Coverage
All prices displayed on our website include GST and shipping charges for deliveries within India. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Malad West, Mumbai - 400064, India.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day
Delivery Timeframes
- Mumbai: 2-3 business days
- Outside Mumbai: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
- Pan-India Standard: 3-6 business days

Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable due to order verification concerns. We accept alternative payment methods and are happy to assist with payment options that suit your needs.
Stock Availability & Communication
We maintain inventory for all listed products. If an item becomes unavailable after payment or requires extended delivery time, we will contact you within 2 business days via your registered mobile number or email address.
Order Management
Multiple Items
When you order multiple products, we attempt to ship all items together. However, separate shipments may be necessary in some cases.
Single Shipping Address
Each order processes to one shipping address only. Multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.
Address Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
- No responsibility accepted for non-delivery to P.O. Box addresses
Order Modifications
Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Exception: Address changes are accepted within 2 hours of order placement.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make two delivery attempts at your specified address. After unsuccessful attempts, we will be notified of non-delivery status.

Returns & Refunds
No returns or refunds policy is in effect. If customers reject delivery, actual shipping costs (₹240 total for both ways) will be deducted from any applicable refund.

International Shipping
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties and taxes imposed by their country
- Additional courier fees
- Any government-imposed charges
Important: We are not liable for additional charges after shipment leaves India.
Refused International Packages
If customers refuse to pay customs charges, return shipping costs and additional fees will be deducted from the order value. Remaining funds will be refunded within 7-15 business days to the original payment method after we receive the returned package.
