• How long does delivery take, and what if I need to return it?

  Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day from Malad West, Mumbai. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days within Mumbai and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere in India, with tracking sent by email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Please note that Jiten Pyramids are non-returnable under our returns policy, so check the size and specifications carefully before ordering. If the item arrives damaged or defective, send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and it will be replaced with the same product.

The polymer material does not tarnish or corrode, so it suits humid coastal homes. Keep strong colours out of harsh direct sunlight to preserve the finish. If a piece is moved during renovation or cleaning, simply place it back in the same position and orientation.
