• What is the 3-step energisation and who performs it?

  Every item is prepared in-house before dispatch in three steps: mantra chanting, Reiki alignment, and exposure to pyramid and sound. The process is supervised by the team of Nitien Parmar, who has practised Vastu professionally since 1991. Energisation is a traditional preparation ritual. It does not alter the physical material, weight, or finish of the product, and it is not a certification of any kind.

• How long does delivery take, and what if I need to return it?

  Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day from Malad West, Mumbai. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days within Mumbai and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere in India. Tracking details are sent by email, SMS, and WhatsApp once the parcel is handed to the courier. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging, and return shipping is deducted from the refund. Defective or damaged items are replaced with the same product.

• What is a Vastu helix and how is it used?

  A helix is a coiled metal spiral, supplied either as a helix coil or a spiral block, fixed at a specific corner or wall of a room to address a Vastu defect without construction work. Plus Value makes them in four metals, each mapped to a direction: zinc for north-east, copper for south-east, brass for north-west, and lead for south-west. It is a traditional Vastu placement remedy. It does not alter the building physically, and its effect is described within Vastu practice rather than demonstrated by scientific study.

• Which metal helix is used for which direction?

  Zinc is used for north-east (Ishanya) defects, copper for south-east (Agneya), brass for north-west (Vayavya), and lead for south-west (Nairutya). The metal is matched to the element traditionally assigned to that direction. Using the wrong metal for a corner is the most common placement error we see. • Where exactly do I install a helix and how many do I need?

  Fix the helix to the wall at the affected corner, roughly 6 to 7 feet above floor level, with the coil facing into the room. One piece covers a single defect in a standard room. A 3-piece set is used where the defect runs across a larger area, an extended or cut corner, or a toilet placed in the wrong quadrant. Installation is on the inner wall surface, not outdoors.

• Will a helix fix a toilet in the north-east corner?

  A north-east toilet is treated in Vastu as a significant defect, and relocating it is the only structural correction. Where relocation is not possible, a zinc helix is the standard non-structural remedy used by Vastu practitioners, normally alongside keeping the toilet dry and well ventilated, keeping the lid and door closed, and placing a bowl of rock salt that is replaced weekly. This is traditional practice rather than a construction fix, and it does not change the plumbing.
