Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days within Mumbai and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere in India. Tracking details are sent by email, SMS, and WhatsApp once the parcel is handed to the courier. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging, and return shipping is deducted from the refund. Defective or damaged items are replaced with the same product.

• How do I cleanse and charge this crystal?

  Rinse the crystal under running water for about 30 seconds, dry it, then leave it in indirect morning sunlight or overnight moonlight for 4 to 6 hours. Repeat every 15 to 30 days. Do not use water on selenite, malachite, or pyrite, as all three degrade on contact; cleanse those dry, on a selenite plate or with sage smoke. Larger pieces such as spheres and clusters can simply be wiped with a soft dry cloth between cleanses.

• How can I tell if a crystal is genuine and not glass or dyed stone?

  Check four things. Natural stone feels cool on first contact and warms slowly, while glass matches room temperature immediately. Natural pieces show slight variation in colour and internal pattern; perfectly uniform pieces are usually glass or resin. Glass often contains small round air bubbles, whereas natural quartz shows angular inclusions. Common substitutions to know: dyed howlite sold as turquoise, and heat-treated amethyst sold as citrine.
