• What is the 3-step energisation and who performs it?

  Every item is prepared in-house before dispatch in three steps: mantra chanting, Reiki alignment, and exposure to pyramid and sound. The process is supervised by the team of Nitien Parmar, who has practised Vastu professionally since 1991. Energisation is a traditional preparation ritual. It does not alter the physical material, weight, or finish of the product, and it is not a certification of any kind.

• How long does delivery take, and what if I need to return it?

  Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day from Malad West, Mumbai. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days within Mumbai and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere in India. Tracking details are sent by email, SMS, and WhatsApp once the parcel is handed to the courier. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging, and return shipping is deducted from the refund. Defective or damaged items are replaced with the same product.

• Where should Feng Shui items be placed at home?

  Placement follows the item's purpose. The money frog sits near the main entrance facing into the home, never facing out the door. The education tower goes on a student's desk or in the north-east of the study. Protective figures such as the rooster face the direction of the concern, wind chimes hang at entrances and windows, and the Fuk Luk Sau trio sits at height in the living or dining room facing the main door. Keep figurines off the floor and out of bathrooms. These placements come from Feng Shui tradition rather than scientific study.

Every Plus Value item goes through the 3-step energisation before dispatch, and after that, placement and occasional cleaning are all the maintenance the tradition asks for. Some households refresh placements at the lunar new year, but that is optional custom rather than requirement.
